Standard home cleaning starts at $120 and deep cleaning starts at $200. Each starting price includes 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, and common living areas. Extra bedrooms add $15 each, extra bathrooms add $25 each.
No. You can use a lockbox, code, key arrangement, or another secure access plan. Please do not send access details through social-media messages or any other method until instructed otherwise.
Yes. We bring standard cleaning products and equipment unless we agree on another arrangement. Client-supplied equipment, such as vacuums, may be used upon request. Please tell us about allergies, sensitivities, delicate surfaces, manufacturer-required products, or pets before the visit.
There is no separate first-visit package. Standard home cleaning uses the same starting price. Your final quote may reflect the home’s condition, access, requested tasks, travel, and add-ons.
A typical standard clean includes kitchens, bathrooms, reachable dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bed making when requested, and general cleaning tasks. Your quote lists the exact included areas.
Only when you choose them and they are included in your quote. The price is confirmed before scheduling.
If the home needs more work than expected, we will pause and contact you. We will not add extra work or cost without your approval.
Please tell us about those conditions before booking. Graceful Meadows is not equipped for mold removal, pest control, restoration, hoarding cleanup, or hazardous-material cleanup.
Please tell us about all pets and any behavior concerns. Pets should be secured for their safety, the cleaner's safety, and reliable access to the rooms being cleaned.
